“Your health is going down, what happened”? What is the reason? Is everything okay? Tell me? And we are like Oh my, so many questions in just one breathe, Hold on please.
With no doubt this is the most irritating and annoyed words we hear from others. Am I right? And sometimes we think that we are having the best diet, how could my health be down. Listen, having the proper diet does not make you healthy. There are many other factors too in this regard. We eat the best meal, but sometimes we are having so many thoughts in our mind that our digestive system is affected by this and this leads to a bad health.
Keeping your health up should be your foremost priority. You do not focus on your work and you do not have a proper sense of problem solving decision when your health is not good.
Ways to keep up your health up:
Be positive:
The most difficult yet effective change which you can bring to your lives is to become positive. We had ruined our lives and health due to the negative thoughts. If this does not happen, what will I do? If this problem occurs, where will I go? What will be my career? What’s this? What’s that? What how when? OMG! This what, when, why, how has ruined our lives and health. Try to be positive in your life and train your mind to see positive in every situation. This quality makes you successful and a leader also. Feeling burden on your shoulders? Because you are lifting a weight? Well, folks, I am not talking about that burden. I am saying that there are so many secrets and other talks you had lifted on your shoulders? Then I will say,

Communicate with your loved ones, the one who cares for you and wants you happy. We never know from which advice, our problem is going to solve. Keeping secrets and facing problems and depression by yourself is very harmful for your health. The problems are not going to end. They will always make a space to come into your life. They will run towards you, but you should had the courage to face it and solved it.
Friendship:
Your first expression may be about friendship will be “How, How, How”? May be because we eat from their money? Ha-ha no, I am thinking in a different way. You make friends and when your friendship last longs, your friends became an important part of your life. Friends can reduce your stress and makes you happy. They improve your self-confidence and gives you the best advice. These all habits lead you towards a healthy life. The lucky ones have friends, so make your friends and keep the relationship stronger.
Reading:
Why our health is down? Just because of our problems and our reaction towards problem which makes us depressed and in result UN healthy. Reading is a great thing and improves your sense for decision making. Reading improves your mental as well as physical health. It boosts up your intelligence and vocabulary and helps you in various ways. When you will be happy and peaceful from the inside, your health will improve automatically.
Eating healthy meals:
No pizza and burger in the dinner? I am not eating these vegetables please! A Common saying of our children, even our elders do this. Maintain your health by eating healthy meals and diets. Include fresh fruits, vegetables and juices in your daily routine.
Exercise daily:
The last point of the article yet contains so much importance. You don’t have to exercise only when you are chubby. Oops, I think most of you use this word Chubby? Right? Well, only chubby people don’t want to exercise. You need exercise to keep yourself healthy and fit. It freshens you for the whole day. Walk, Run, jog, exercise and repeat.
So, keeping yourself healthy is not a big deal, unless you develop courage to follow all these easy rules. How many of you know all of this? May be many!
