Football is the most watched and played sport around the world. Football is a game of courage and teamwork. Most of the fans of football idolize footballers as their heroes. They follow teams and players and support their favorite team by all means.

Well, the football season is just to kick off with all the international club leagues are set to start their new season 2016-17 in just 11 days. I will shortlist here all the happenings in the football world by latest:

• Transfers in Biggest Leagues: One of the biggest twist in the world of football has always been the summer signing of the teams. Like all other years, this year also, many teams have signed many players.
• In Premier league, the anti climatic, dramatically emerging champions Leicester city has topped the signing lists along with Liverpool, Manchester City and Watford with six signings each. Leicester had spent a lot of money in summer transfer window after being emerged as champions of last season. Manchester city as usual spending all the money on players as pep Guardiola looks for the perfect eleven to be able to win titles again. Liverpool with creating understanding with their new manager Jurgen Kloop are also in the race to win titles, while Watford are to stay in the premier league by any means.
• In La Liga, Sevilla and Real Betis top the table with 8 signings each this season followed by Eibar and Villareal with 7 signings each. Both Sevilla and Real Betis are trying desperately to end their campaigns on top 4 slots and thus spending all they have on new players and find a winning competition.
• Bundes Liga club Brossia Dortmund has been unable to qualify for UCL since 2014 and is desperately trying for a comeback and thus lead the German signing market with 8 signings.
• The Italian Serie A club Roma has also spent a lot of big money on players in summer market and has been able to buy 8 new names this summer. Roma is trying desperately to be on the top seed again to compete in UCL but have failed many times in the recent past.
• Liverpool central defender and Slovakian International star has been linked with Turkish club Fanerbahce who have finally succeeded in signing the Slovakian star in a shock move of 6.6 million euros.
• Most Expensive Signing: English club Manchester United has been heavily linked with Juventus star French international midfielder Paul Pogba for a move to Manchester united for 110 million dollars. Although, Spanish club Real Madrid is also linked with the player, but it is rumored that Pogba will grab a deal with Manchester united. If it happens, this will be the most expensive signing in football history.
• Managers shifting teams: Both Manchester clubs have changed their managers by the end of 2015-16 seasons. Manchester City on expiring the contract of their ex manager has signed Pep Guardiola and Manchester United has sacked Lois Van Gaal after getting failed in qualifying to UCL. Manchester United has hired Mourinho, who will manage the club in the season 2016-2017. Carlos Ancelotti has been hired by Bayern Munich in a long term deal and Real Madrid has asked for the services of Zinedine Zidane as head coach and manager of the team.
