Theresa Caputo is the star of the TLC show, Long Island Medium. The reality show follows her as she claims to read people’s dead loved ones through their energy. She also offers private readings during TV tapings or at psychic fairs. She has written several books on this topic that offer tips for improving one’s own intuition skills so they too can see things about the future. She is worth Millions of dollars which shows how much people believe in her work.

Caputo claims she can communicate with deceased loved ones. On her “about” section on her website, it says “Theresa has dedicated her life to being a messenger for Spirit”.

She claims that she was born with the ability to speak to those that have passed on.

Caputo further explains her gift in an interview with CNN. She describes what all pop-psychics claim, which is “the connection is not really verbal. It’s more of a feeling.”

This medium charges clients thousands of dollars for their services including private group readings or one-on-one sessions with Caputo who tells people things about their future based off of this connection. She also charges for speaking fees to talk at different events.

She may or may not have powers to talk to the dead but there was one thing she surely saw coming and that was her weight gain issues. She was gaining weight and knew that she had to start putting in effort to lose that extra fat. Not only did she have an appearance to maintain but she also needed to stay healthy and for that she needed to lose weight.

Theresa Caputo decided that she needed to lose weight when she weighed about more than 150 pounds. This is the heaviest she has ever been in her life so it was something she knew would need to change. She started by watching what she ate and avoiding certain foods like fried food or greasy foods. She replaced these with items like salads, vegetable soups and grilled chicken sandwiches. These were much better for her than other things but were still not healthy enough for her long term goals. So instead of making them every day, she opted for healthier options like egg-white omelets or yogurt parfaits at different points throughout the day that helped her stay full without feeling too full due to unhealthy snacks that are high in fat and sugar content which is what makes people gain weight and feel lethargic after eating.

We are not exactly sure about her diet plan but we are sure it included avoiding fried food and limiting the intake of sugar and carbs. Whatever she did and whatever diet plan she followed. She looks amazing and we wish her that she maintains her beautiful and healthy look.
