In 2018, when Kelly made appearances on numerous occasions, everyone noticed she had lost some weight. Later during an interview, the musician revealed that she had changed her diet plan. This is the reason why she lost 37 pounds back then. The singer revealed that she read The Plant Paradox, which encouraged her to eat more organic.
What’s interesting is that Kelly didn’t lose weight and change her diet because of the criticism. In fact, the reason behind her change was related to a medical issue. Clarkson revealed that in 2006 she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and suffered from thyroid problems.
